The CalWood Fire started on Saturday, October 17, around noon, and the Lefthand Canyon fire began the following afternoon. Boulder Mountain Fire has had crews out 24 hours a day since the CalWood Fire began, in order to protect our district. We will continue to proactively monitor and be ready to respond until the threat is over. (The Lefthand Canyon Fire was 100% contained on October 22. The CalWood Fire was 100% contained on November 14.)
